Over Dylan
My name is Dylan, I am 20 years old and I will start my Internship at Unico Travel from September this year!
A little about me: I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, surrounded by a numerous and always kind and energetic Latin American family. Until the age of 16, despite having developed a deep sense of belonging to my culture, I decided to begin a new challenge which would eventually change my life: move to Europe.
At the age of 17, I moved to Malta for a year, where I was able to study English and get my official language certificate, and, at the same time, I worked as a reservations agent at the rental car company, Hertz. There, I gained valuable knowledge about the tourism industry.
When I was 18, I decided to move to The Netherlands, where I am currently studying International Tourism Management at Breda University of Applied Sciences.
Throughout my life, I have been able to visit many beautiful parts of my country, like Santa Marta, Cartagena, Cali or the Coffee Region, but the most special place for me will always be our holiday house, in Carmen de Apicalá, Tolima, surrounded by jungle, nature and amazing people.
I have also visited Mexico, Aruba, Curacao and some parts of the U.S, and I’ve discovered many different regions in Europe as well.

I can’t wait to begin at Unico Travel next September, where I hope I will be able to give my first-hand knowledge from the region and expand Latin America’s reach.
